REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
I do not accept refunds or returns for items like earrings if they are not faulty due to hygiene reasons, and the fact that I cannot resell them!

I only refund items of jewellery, artworks and crafts, if they are faulty, or if it doesn't match the description!

I do not accept cancellations or refunds for artworks if the artwork is not faulty and the buyer has changed their mind!

I do not accept cancellations or returns for bespoke artworks, crafts, and jewellery! There is no cooling off period under UK law!

Refunds or replacements offered for faulty or damaged items.

Report any damage or faults within 7 days for assistance. Send photographic evidence to support your claims.

If the item qualifies for a refund, you have 14 days to return the item at your own expense! Once I receive the order you will be refunded!

I am very careful with packaging and shipping every item; however, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, I'm not legally held responsible or held accountable under UK law. I'm only responsible for the condition of the goods until they are sent to you.

The customer is responsible for paying for the return postage costs and the item safely packaged back to ARSCLYCUS for Rebecca McCarthy!
