  • Addresses when a painting/crafts/jewellery is being purchased, so that this can be delivered.

  • Payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits) when a painting/crafts/jewellery is being purchased. This information is used through a third-party provider such as, but not limited to, Google Pay, PayPal, Wix Payments, etc.).

Where does ARSCLYCUS get personal information from?

  • ARSCLYCUS keeps customer information for 6 months after your last purchase or interaction.

  • After 6 months, all of your personal data will be deleted or anonymized to protect your privacy.

  • ARSCLYCUS may retain certain information longer than 6 months if required for legal or business purposes, such as tax or accounting obligations.

  • To withdraw your information, simply navigate to the Contact page and fill out the form explaining your request for withdrawal. It is important to specify whether you want your information deleted, or if it is just a withdrawal from any marketing from ARSCLYCUS.

  • ARSCLYCUS will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Children's Data


ARSCLYCUS services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and ARSCLYCUS does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that ARSCLYCUS has unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact ARSCLYCUS immediately so that Rebecca McCarthy can take the necessary steps to delete the data.

If it is discovered that ARSCLYCUS has collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, ARSCLYCUS will take immediate steps to delete that data.
